Homologous proteins related to MJ0570 of &lt;taxon tax_id="2190"&gt;Methanocaldococcus jannaschii&lt;/taxon&gt; (Methanococcus jannaschii) include both the apparent orthologs in the family, the much longer protein YLR143W from &lt;taxon tax_id="4932"&gt;Saccharomyces cerevisiae&lt;/taxon&gt; (Baker's yeast), and second homologous proteins from &lt;taxon tax_id="2234"&gt;Archaeoglobus fulgidus&lt;/taxon&gt; and &lt;taxon tax_id="53953"&gt;Pyrococcus horikoshii&lt;/taxon&gt; that appear to represent a second orthologous group.&lt;/p&gt;</ns1:prib124u1i>
